Emergency Closures

There are rare occasions when it is necessary to close the school to pupils. These are usually situations when there is short notice and inevitably inconvenience, such as the site access being hazardous due to snow conditions.

School closures will normally be announced on the day concerned by 8.00 am. However, on some rare occasions, we have been able to make a decision to close the evening before. A closure rarely becomes necessary during the school day.

Closures will be posted on the home page of our school website as well as on Warwickshire County Council's website: https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/schoolclosures

We will email all parents.

In the event of us being forced to close the school during the school day then we will send a message via email for immediate collection. Where parents have not responded a confirmation to collect, we will phone. We will use emergency contacts if we cannot reach parents / guardians.
